I've been working with entrepreneurial business for about 5 years now. One of the biggest challenges most businesses have - regardless of their size or how many employees they have - is to align their operations with the vision. You know what you want to achieve and why but the how is where things fall apart.

The COO toolkit is a system I developed through a combination of existing frameworks, a lot of experience, observation and some serious reflection.

Entrepreneurs (and CEO’s) are the visionaries every business needs. You are the big thinkers and dreamers who are able to imagine solutions for the problems that exist in the world - or event those that don't exist yet. BUT you are often not operationally inclined and struggle to create the structures that are necessary to achieve these big dreams and visions. Sound familiar?

• Core offering - what is your core offering? Do you have the skills in-house to support your core offering? Do you have the right skills to achieve your strategy?
